The Women's Leadership Network, Inc. is a Christian based organization dedicated to the emotional, personal, professional, and spiritual growth of women in leadership. TWLN, Inc. believes that God has called all women to wholeness and excellence in leadership and provides training, mentoring and networking opportunities for each woman's growth and development.
TWLN, Inc. is an organization for every woman. We connect women across all ages, races, industries, professions, political, and religious beliefs in an effort to establish lasting relationships and pool our resources for the purpose of making a positive change in our communities.
TWLN, Inc. is faith-based and values the gifts and contributions of every woman. We give voice and endeavor to be a voice for the continued development of women in leadership.
It is the mission of TWLN, Inc. to cultivate and enhance the emotional, personal, professional, and spiritual lives of women.

Tasha M. Brown is an emerging voice in leadership for our generation. She has a desire and passion to help people be the best they can be and believes it is her life's mission to do just that.
Tasha's background is in human resource development, social services and ministry. She currently serves as the minister of ecumenical witness for the national historic landmark First Baptist Congregational Church. She works as the supervisor of children services for the city of Chicago.
Tasha sees her life work as ministry. She organized The Women's Leadership Network, Inc., to carry out the vision God gave her for equipping, empowering, and encouraging female leaders. Tasha is committed to helping women rise to the occasion of leadership and will support them along the way. Tasha is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis in Pastoral and Spiritual Care from McCormick Theological Seminary. She is married to Excell Brown, Jr. and together they have two children; Christopher, 6 and Kai, 3.
